Speakers and participants are required to register for the conference and pay the registration fee (including the cost of materials). In addition to the registration fee, speakers are required to pay the speaker's fee, which will be determined separately. Payment may be made after notification of acceptance or rejection.

You will not be able to submit, edit your registered information, nor withdraw your presentation after the submission deadline.
